Tip #1 Recommend to just get a 1 mococo seed without interacting anything. There are objects that can be interactive after all interact objects and kill named mob, you can get the 'key' that allows you to use shortcut but you can't get another mococo seed at office

1) There is a cooperative quest 'resonance' every 20 minutes.

and there is a mob name is 'crimson spector moun' when it killed drop quest item(Drifting memory) this quest can be added in 'Adventure Book' and open Epona quest gives +1 Chaos Dungeon

* This quest available after clear main quest and all sub-quests in Shushire

2) Field boss Manes every 30minutes regen
3) Mococo outside of map you can go through the rock.Link(video)

1) There is no mini-map in this dungeon(Beware trap let you go previous places)
2) Each place you have to Purify then available to go 'Next'
3) There is view point in first place, and story 'Letter to buddy 3/3' at fourth place

Shushire food 

 Old can: It can be got at Frozen sea

 Wolf meat: It can be got at blade wind hill

 Frost spider egg: It can be got lake of the time staying

 Frost butterfly larva: It can be got frost butterfly cliff

 Sapphire sardine grilled: It can be bought at wanderer merchant Jeffrey

 Shushire-style Snowflower flake: you need to buy 'Ice flake' from Isabel at Regens village.(Tip: Recommended amounts to buy: 60)

It can be made 'Broken ice flake' and 'Chopped ice flake' by Helena at Frozen sea.(Need 50 Broken ice flake 5 Chopped ice flake)

* You should wait 1 minutes it turns to Shushire-style Snowflower flake from Snowflower flake

 Tears of Sirius: It can be bought at Isabel located in Regens village(Cost: 1M sillings)
